Products include:
Production machinery, spare parts, and associated services, molds and dies, facility and grounds maintenance equipment and services, construction, IT hardware, software, and services, and all MRO products and services.
Key Requirements:
- Focus on quality, consistency, and reliability in the delivery of the product
- Pricing transparency including cost/markup information
- Provide Vendor Managed Inventory services where requested
- Provide on-site services and support as requested
- Use of STIHL preferred carrier ship programs when requested
- Agreement to a STIHL Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Agreement to STIHL Indirect and MRO Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
- For any on-site services provided:
- A valid Certificate of Insurance with STIHL named as the certificate owner. Insurance minimums can be found in the “Standard Terms and Conditions—MRO”
- Adherence to STIHL Contractor & Supplier Safety Policy.
- Utilization of Ariba for order confirmations, ship notices, and invoicing
- Registering for electronic/ACH payments
