STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® Series
Established in 1985, the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® series assembles the world’s top lumberjack athletes to compete in the Original Extreme Sport.

STIHL Inc. is fostering the next generation of skilled manufacturing workers through an annual Manufacturing Technology Summer Camp.
National Collegiate Landscape Competition (NCLC)
STIHL is proud to support the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and is the sole Platinum (top) sponsor of the NCLC, a college level landscaping competition that tests student knowledge across all industry disciplines. More than 900 students from over seventy colleges and universities compete in a variety of industry disciplines, including the STIHL Small Engine competition, where students are challenged to apply their skill and knowledge in engine fault analysis and repair.
DLW TIMBERWORKS Lumberjack Shows
The entertaining and educational DLW Timberworks Lumberjack Show is a unique blend of sport, history, and comedy that guarantees fun for all participants. Sponsored by STIHL and owned and operated by Dave Weatherhead, the show features three different rigs that travel around the country playing to thousands of fans in venues large and small.
The Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show and Smokey Mountain Lumberjack Feud
STIHL is a proud sponsor of the Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show and Lumberjack Feud entertainment shows. Both provide entertainment for thousands of fans each year. The Alaskan show, based in Ketchikan, Alaska, was featured as one of the "Top 10 Things to See in Alaska" by the Travel Channel, and the Feud show was featured in USA Today.
