    Very powerful
Good ergonomics, very powerful. Starts very good. Can't stand small engines that are hard to start. If it does not start on the second pull its out of gas. I run only non ethanol fuel to reduce build up and for extended fuel life. I have a lot of trees. Oaks and hickory. This thing blows large piles of hickory nuts almost like leaves. Had it for a year now and it gets a real workout at my place. I replaced a smaller husqvarna with this thing when it got hard to start. It runs circles around any ... read more blower I have ever used

Grounds keeper review: read this buy this
I use a blower daily at work in a university setting. We use Echo 755's mainly (both top echo models) a good machine no doubt. I use my Br600 at home and side jobs. I wish I could use it at work!! It is lighter, quieter, more fuel efficient, not smokey, waaay more torque/power/pricise throttle response....any ONE of these reasons would be enough to change blowers! This is simply a fantastic machine. I put a hour meter on it to see how long it lasts. No ethanol fuel!

    Excellent Product
I 've had my BR600 approx. 7+ yrs now & it's never failed to perform me. I recommend this highly. I bought it at Power House Warner Robins Ga. Raymond & the power house staff has always treated me good. I recommend the Sthil products over any other brand from my past experiences with other brands. The BR600 makes seasonal yard work simpler & easier for cleaning up the landscape.

Love it. I've had a Stihl hand held blower for 10 yrs.
Love it. Not because that I have used Stihl chain saws & blowers for years, but the back support balances the load & doesn't kill my back when blowing leaves from my 1 acre yard like the hand carry blowers. I was hesitant of purchasing this blower as the air speed is lower than my other hand held one, but this one has twice the velocity of my other one. Just be sure to run 89 or higher octane fuel or the exhaust screen will carbon up reducing the engine rpms. I definitely would recommend one to anyone.

    Just What I Needed
My BR 55 is an awesome blower. But I needed just a little more power and the BR 350 is just what I needed. The fact that I can hold down the trigger and it never loses power is what I like. This is my first back pack blower and so far I’m very satisfied.

    strong, reliable
Excellent machine. Great velocity at the wand exit. Leaves, even when damp, blow really well. A particular surprise was how well the vacuum/shredder option works. It seems, and is, a bit ungainly but that is a small price for effectively removing the fallen tree leaves from extensive Pachysandra ground plantings. Works great in any garden where you don't trust a leaf rake to be near your tender plants. Prior to owning this machine our blower use was limited to primarily fall season. Plenty of power and does a nice job on the leaves
Nice machine with plenty of power but it takes forever to warm up so that you can achieve full power. Acts like it wants to stall when pulling the throttle trigger, almost like its flooding out. Took it back to the dealer and they told me it has to get broken in more. I've been through 1 gallon of gas in it and am wondering how much longer it is going to take to "break in"? I've never had any equipment act like this just because it's new. I'm having a hard time believing what I was told. Other ... read more than that it seems to be a good machine.

excellent power and control of air streams
I purchased in 2014 a BG 86C-E model handheld blower. Best blower I ever owned. Easy to use, plenty of power and dependable. The three things a homeowner looks for in any type of power tools. . It funnels more air into a smaller size that moves mountain of leaves with ease. You can easily control the edges where the blower air stream is distinct unlike other blowers. Not only is this blower well worth the price but is the most efficient. It is amazing how much work it is capable of doing. Never ... read more own anything but Stihl products.

    Hurricane in a can
I will have to say this thing BLOWS and in a good way. It starts easy, but it's only 2 weeks old, the blowing power vs the weight ratio of the unit is VERY impressive, and the weight is normal for a 65 cc engine on your back Pull the trigger and your shoulder is pushed back with the velocity of a NASCAR racer coming out of the nozzle at almost 200mph. I had the BR450, but took it back for the BR 700 because of the less weight and more power. Buy Sthil and shed a tear at the counter over ... read more yer wallet, but rest assure it's a BEAST. Best blower in the world!
This blower is the best ive ever had in my career! I don't know why people are giving it negative reviews. It has the same engine as the 600 and I had a 600 for about 6 years and serviced it myself (im also a small engine machanic). It needed very little servicing in its lifespan, and I expect the same to be true for new 700! No valve problems foreseeable. Best power much better then any other backpack blower ive ever owned in every aspect. Love this blower, best investment ive ever made!

    BR700 is Awesome
I have two BR600 blowers that we have operated for years. I just could not resist getting more power. There is quite a bit more air flow and I have found it is taking less time to get the job done with the new BR700. When I am done with leaf season I guess I will be blowing snow off my cars and driveway with my new blower.

Buy and you will be a happy costumer. Also be sure the wear eye and ear protection.
Just like all of the STIHL's line of products this blower, (BR 700X) has more than enough power to get the bigger jobs done quicker. If you've been waiting to purchase a backpack blower like the BR 700 or the BR 700X is for sure the right tool for the bigger jobs. I would like to see a auto start feature for th BR 700 line in the future. If you are going to purchase you will pay a little more for the power but it's American made, I payed more just for that reason alone. Well not really but with ... read more STIHL you know you can have peice of mind. Just remember to winterize you blower so she's ready to go when you need. At this point I don't know how STIHL can better ther backpack blower.... maybe a built in alarm. That would help deter theft. Or personalized engraving...oh yea. NOTE: always wear eye and ear protection. Be sure your ear protection is suitable for the noise level of the tool your useing. All I n all when you buy this blower and you won't be disappointed in the least. Thank you STIHL. Your #1 in my book. Signed, one happy costumer.

    It's a stihl
I own a grounds maintenance business. I currently have 5 stihl blowers 2 600's 2 700's and now take possession of the X. I'm not going to speak lies it's a br700 with lighter tube it's not smaller in diameter. It does move more freely swinging tube side to side. Power is same as 700 . It comes with a pipe so you can remove main stock pipe and make a mini air cannon. Would I recommend this over the 700 ? Yeah only because it's a half pound lighter tube. Comfort is king and I do like every ... read more stihl commercial blower mix gas 50:1 them blowers always run

    Great blower
I purchased this blower due too my br420c being stolen out of my garage. This is an excellent blower. It is very powerful and moves the grass clippings and leaves in my yard wonderfully. I truly believe Stihl makes the best small yard equipment in the world. Very easy to start. Read the directions and you won't have any trouble. Mr jarlo
Was wondering would I buy a blower/vav or a good blower on it's own, searched the internet for reviews big-time, I scarify my lawn every year so I started thinking that a good blower can blow the moss and thatch in a heap to take away, very little raking if none at all, hired out both type of machines and decided to buy the 430 blower , suits my needs perfect, good luck with your choice

    Leaf Blower on Steroids
The leaf blower makes cleanup of leaves so much easier than with a typical blower. The air velocity and power allow it to move more leaves faster than any normal blower I've used. The backpack padding helps keep the vibration to a minimum and the fatigue on your arms is minimal since you're only holding up a tube. It starts usually on the first or second pull and is the only blower I use anymore. I wasn't willing to put down the extra cash for a backpack blower for the last 10 years and now ... read more think how much time and effort I've wasted not having one. These are the only way to go.
