Rated 5 out of 5 by from This attachment works great! I use this attachment to pull stone off grass on my job sites. I use to worry about the clean up which was labor intensive with rakes, but with this paddle, it gets done very quickly removing the smallest stone out of the grass. I turn the unit upside down for this task. I use this attachment motor right side up, to paddle the rocks right into my loader bucket once they are on the pavement. Then I keep the motor right side up, and push the debris away from me, sweeping up the road with the paddle, and then I fine clean the pavement with the strong powerful blower attachment. What a money maker and labor saver! NOTE: Buy the biggest power unit - this attachment needs all the power it can get! Also, when you are running the power head upside down you have to occasionally flip it over to regain fuel to the unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for thick turf; does not damage the lawn I purchased this PowerSweep for one primary purpose, to clear nuts and gumballs out of my lawn. I have three very large oak trees and a large gumball tree on a half-acre yard and every year I am left with thousands of acorns and gumballs in my grass, mixed with the pine needles from my neighbors. Raking was tiresome and backbreaking and usually did more dethatching of my St. Augustine lawn and left it thin. I paired the PowerSweep with a KM 131 R for the possibility of future expansion and have not been disappointed. The paddles move through the grass and pick up even the smallest of debris leaving my lawn clean and intact. This works best if you get to the acorns before they sprout, but after a second pass, the PowerSweep picks up a majority of the sprouted ones too. Using this tool is a bit of a workout, but as long as you let the tool do the work and don't try to fight it, it is no more tiresome than raking for three time as long. While this was a large investment for a single original purpose, I have since picked up the aerator blades and cultivator blades and put them to good use without having to purchase a new attachment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the right stuff I just purchased the attachment, and my initial review is as follows. In using it for light snow about 1-6 inches, it performed well. Unlike a snow blower, you cannot make long continuous runs as the snow builds up in-front and eventually will no longer move. Using the attachment in short runs, where you are moving in more of a push broom sweeping motion seems to be the best use to get the snow to move. I cleared 6 inches of snow off 3 parking spots in under 10 minutes. I was exhausted due to the weight of the attachment plus motor unit, but it was well worth the time savings compared to shoveling. This will not work on deep snow. Works well for water movement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Give your rake away I had looked at these for years. I decided totals the plunge and buy one this spring. I clean up around 750 feet of driveway between 3 properties. Snow plowing puts lots of gravel and stone in these drives. It used to mean 6-7 hours of raking each spring. The power paddle let me push the material right into my loader bucket. It only took me around 3 hours and it did a much better job than raking, without hurting the grass a bit. I bought my unit with a KM 130 engine. It is a heavy piece of equipment, but it does a heavy duty job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Power sweeper I use this attachment for commercial use, this is the best value if you get the more powerful power head and this, beats any other power sweeper deals by other brands... After using it for a long time the flaps didnt even start to wear down.... Yes its heavy and pushing it away from you while its spinning the other way can wear you down quick, but if you want professional results then you cant cry about it, thats what the pros use and do everyday. Not for a homeowner thinking this tool is a blast and easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tool! This is a great tool. I use it to push the stones back into the driveway after plow season. It's heavy but built very well. If you use the correct angle and full throttle you can use with little effort. I'm glad I bought it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from To Heavy, To Big, To Expensive.. and it works against you! Had 3 inches of snow so purchased the PowerSweepr attachment. It is very expensive, big, and heavy. It turns against you so you have to fight it to move the snow or other debra. Because it's so heavy I had to drag it up my driveway. I called the store and asked if there is a wheel attachment and they told me not for the home KombiSystem. Great!! Now I have to see if they will give me my $$ back. The unit is horrible and works against you. Using a shovel would be less work then pushing this monster.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish I had this 18 years ago Having a 1/4 mile gravel driveway has its challenges. Raking rocks back onto the driveway after plowing snow all winter is the biggest. Up until this spring, a hand rake took maybe 40 hours to get it done - and it wasn't perfect. Finally retiring and being able to walk my dogs daily, I got to know my remote neighbors. One neighbor one mile away was out working with his new PowerSweep. I couldn't believe what it was doing. His wife came over and explained what it was. The first Stihl dealer I went to was a disappointment - he didn't know he didn't have one in stock - then told me he would have one the next day - then told me they were out of stock - called other Stihl dealers within a 25 mile radius and no one had one.So, I called Bob Lord at Bullion Sales. He said he had one in stock. I told him to hold it - I would be there in 20 minutes. I was there in 20 minutes and bought it.I ran like a charm right from the get go - I did my whole driveway in about 6-8 hours - a minimum 32 hour savings. And it did a better job.I haven't tried the tiller attachment yet - but I am assuming it will do a great job on smaller jobs. I have larger tiller for big stuff - but it isn't used much anymore because it is too big for maintenance work. The whole unit was a bit pricey, but I bought a Stihl backpack blower 17 years ago which still runs as good as the day I bought it. I can say the same for my Stihl chainsaw and grass trimmer.I like to use my tools to do the job - not have to repair them. I am not disappointed with Stihl. The only issue with Stihl that I know of is when I bought my Road Crew at work two premium chainsaws. One of the guys ran over one of the saws with a huge truck. As good at Stihl products are, they lose in a fight with a 10 ton truck.
