    Very easy to use
I have recently bought this unit for my landscaping. I normally have to rent a bed edger, and my local dealer told me about this great little tool. What took me about 4 hours to do, took me only about 30-45 minutes. Very easy to use, doesn't throw the dirt like the rented bed edger. The only drawback was that it really didn't dress the side of the edge with grass over hanging. After I cut the edges, I just took my other edger with the metal blade and dressed the edges. Than followed with my ... read more blower to diffuse the grass and extra dirt on the edges. This edge redefiner will save me lots of time with my customers. This is a must needed tool if you do a lot of edging. I use this head with my FS250.

Fastest bed edging with out any dirt in the lawn.
Had the first flower bed edged in 20 minutes which would have taken an hour in the past by using sidewalk edger and cultivator kombi attachments. The only problem with that process, besides time, was the cultivator would throw dirt out onto the lawn. I purchased the KM110 motor to run this attachment and it used all the power this motor put out. I wouldn't recommend any smaller motor.

Edger works well for prepping beds for mulching
The redefiner works great for prepping existing landscape beds for mulching. I have found that holding the kombi at a 15-20 angle towards the inside of the planting bed makes a wider edge which makes for easier mulch installation. The redefiner is NOT for making new beds, wrong tool for that. The redefiner is made for re-edging existing beds. Walking backwards to run the edger does take a little time to get used to, but overall easy to learn.

    straightline fast edger
I had years of growth over the edge of my sidewalks...this straight shaft edger made this job so simple..fast...and easy as well! This is a must have if you have side walks and grass on one side of them...you won't regret this and purchase the km-130r head...its so powerful and won't bog down!

    Frosting on the cake
I have read some reviews that this tool does not work but I can tell you that here in NC it has really set my clients yards apart from the rest. Initially I only used it with the KM 56 on my yard and it worked great. However I started to noticed that a lot of landscapers were not doing edging so I decided to use it on my clients yards and got a KM 90 and boy was there a difference. It made a great seam but there is a technique to it. Don't bother doing it if the ground is wet. And just advance ... read more forward a foot or so and pull it back to kick out the dirt and continue on. Then once you are done, take your blower and blow out the seam. The first time is usually the roughest part but the next time will be easy as long as you blow out the seam. Also be sure to stock up on blades as they will cut down rather quickly depending on how often you use it. I hope this helps.

    Amazing Attachment
I had a consumer version of this from another manufacturer. I would only edge once each year because it took so long and was always a fight. It's April and I've used this twice already. I can edge my driveway in about ten minutes with the KM 90 and the FCS-KM. The setup is powerful and never hesitates to do its job.

Awkward to use for a smaller person.
I have an excess of salmonberry bushes and smallish alder trees and was so looking forward to mowing them down with the power scythe. Unfortunately, the scythe attachment is heavier than other Kombi attachments I have used, and because of its length, difficult for me at five foot five inches to use with any precision. I guess I'll go back to my little chainsaw.

    Poison ivy tool
I got this tool set-up because Mil place has lots of poison ivy and it got all over me last year. Scythe with KM110 is a little heavy but does what I got it for. Trimmed some ivy coming through a chain link fence, about 100ft and had to swap the side I was holding it on, but it turned out well. Good tool.

    Lightweight yet powerful
This KombiSystem attachment left my old electric blower in the dust. It Is lightweight, versatile and surprisingly powerful. I have several acres with an extra long paved driveway to maintain and this blower has cut down my clean up time considerably. Whether you need to clear leaves, grass clippings, sweep the patio/garage or blow away that barking Chihuahua from next door (backspace, backspace, backspace... well just scratch that last part - lol), I think you'll be pleased with this blower's performance.

    Better than expected
I am the proud owner of the KM90R system. I have acquired many attachments with the latest being the BG-KM Blower. What a joy. I live in the Northeast and we are in the middle to end of leaf season. I am responsible for clearing a couple of properties and this attachment has exceeded all expectations (I never expected to move large piles of leaves a great distance). It is light-weight and packs a powerful punch. If you have the KM90R system there is no need to acquire a backpack unit.

    Powerful Son Of A Gun
I went back and forth on buying the large back pack blower or investing in the Kombi system. But when the store demoed this unit for me out in the parking lot and it was blowing rocks around like they were leaves I decided on the Kombi. I have had it now for two lawn seasons and it has worked flawlessly at moving grass, leaves, brush and pine needles off the grass, which is a true test for a blower.

    Give your rake away
I had looked at these for years. I decided totals the plunge and buy one this spring. I clean up around 750 feet of driveway between 3 properties. Snow plowing puts lots of gravel and stone in these drives. It used to mean 6-7 hours of raking each spring. The power paddle let me push the material right into my loader bucket. It only took me around 3 hours and it did a much better job than raking, without hurting the grass a bit. I bought my unit with a KM 130 engine. It is a heavy piece of ... read more equipment, but it does a heavy duty job.

    Great Tool!
This is a great tool. I use it to push the stones back into the driveway after plow season. It's heavy but built very well. If you use the correct angle and full throttle you can use with little effort. I'm glad I bought it.

Works suprisingly well without damaging grass but expensive
I know it is hard to get past the sticker shock. It took me a few months and I almost put it back. I am glad I bought it though. It does work great. It is really pretty amazing the amount of debris it will remove from grass with little to no damage to the grass. Where this really shines is removing sand, cinders, and rocks from your grass which is especially a problem in the north after a long winter. For this task there is truly no better product. A leaf rake does a mediocre job and gets ... read more tiring. A leaf blower does a little better job but after a long winter sometimes the stone, sand, and cinders have started to become part of the ground. This product also works very well on pine cones, pine needles, wood chips, mulch, and leaves on grass. It also works well on concrete and asphalt to remove mud, rocks, and sand. It is heavy but it isn't to tiring using. Where you really notice the weight is carrying it between areas you want to use it but it is manageable. I think using a rake is more exhausting. The rubber paddles have held up better than expected. After 4 hours of use on concrete and asphalt there is very little noticeable wear.
