    Excellent Investment in Great Hedgetrimmer
I needed a better alternative to an old Black & Decker electric trimmer. I read other reviews and hesitated purchasing due to the cost. I'm sorry I waited so long and overjoyed that I finally made the purchase, adding to my edger on the Kombi System. After a period of acclimation, I fell in love with this trimmer. It's longer/bulkier than my old solution (heavier too) but once I adjusted to the new form factor I never looked back. The trim job on my hedges is better than ever! I love the ... read more control of the trimmer and the articulating end is simple to adjust on the fly. I don't even hesitate to adjust it frequently according to the bush...it's that easy. All in all, I wish I had purchased this earlier. The Kombi power head is more than powerful enough and the build quality of the hedge trimmer is quite impressive. And wow, is this trimmer ever sharp! Keep your fingers away! (don't ask)

    Task specific tool
Even though this tool is part of a combi system it has no weak link as far as i can see. Very versatile tool excellent for cutting hard to reach high hedge work, adjustment angle does not seem limiting and very easily adjusts on the fly, I'm using it with the home owner combi kit because its about one pound lighter and delivers only slightly less power, so fatiguge is not a problem nor is power, Excellent task specific tool would highly reccomend

    Great trimmer to have!
I love shaping and sculpting my tall trees into large round spheres (10' diameters), and this tool works great! The adjustable angles are awesome! I also own a Stihl HS 45 standard hedge trimmer for my smaller shrubs and bushes, and this attachment works just as good, if not better, than the HS 45. I use this attachment in conjunction with the KM 90 R and the HT-KM shaft extension for my big trees. Be very careful, this hedge trimmer attachment is razor sharp!!!

    Exceeded expectations
I bought this attachment with a 130R to cut Manzanita, and small new growth oak, fir, and cedar trees. It tackled everything with no problem, even cutting material over 1 1/2" in diameter. It's new so I don't know how long it will hold up, but so far, so good.

Good Piece of equipment for short duration jobs.
I have 5 acres which requires spot clearing throughout the year. The power of the cutting attachment depends on the head you use it with. There is a huge vibration when using it...even from just starting it so you will need some gloves which help relieve the vibration. The vibration makes it so you have to keep reinserting the attachment into the drive head. This is good for exactly what it was made for...a quick change piece of yard equipment that is needed for small area beautification.

    Pure GREATNESS!
I was up in VT clearing brush and I put the saw blade on for thicker brush and I was cutting trees 10-14 inches around down with ease. Great piece if machinary!

    Excellent
Use this on the property I manage for the artificial golf green. Referred to as a power broom, it does what it says. Great for in-fill, daily cleaning, and removing moss/fungus from the turf. Green is spotless after one pass. I couldn't believe how well it worked. Has quick release pins for changing/cleaning bristles, very nice feature. I run it on a 130r, has enough power to make me catch my balance when I'm not holding it right. Can't get it to bog down no matter how hard I try. It is heavy ... read more and a little awkward at first.

Power Brush with so many uses
I got this brush with a 110 power head for synthetic turf installations. It is the absolute best available for that purpose but have since found so many other uses! First and foremost, to use on synthetic turf or to power rake or de-thatch living grass, you must remove the guard (I'm not sure why it is needed in any application, lawyers probably just wanted one) and connect it to the power head "upside down." This spins the brush in reverse so it now floats on the surface causing perfect ... read more distribution of infill for turf and causes no harm to living grass while removing everything, thatch, sticks, mulch, anything not rooted. Note that you are now "pulling" the brush. Again its floating so practically weightless in operation. Also we've learned to feather the throttle to "walk it" forward along the surface so the shoulder strap is unnecessary (and now lost) for either of these applications. As for "normal" or right side up applications, it is a bit heavy and has a learning curve in this "push" mode but works better than a pressure washer to clean the dust from my rock piles from any hard surface. I also use it for snow removal. For any dry snow storm up to six inches or wet snow under three inches, it is faster for sidewalks than three guys with shovels. And unlike ATVs goes anywhere. It is not that effective with deep or wet snow however.

    Cultivates the toughest soil!
I purchased the mini-cultivator as the first attachment for my KM90R and I have been more than pleased with it. We tilled up our first year garden in heavy clay soil and this cultivator has no problem keeping up with it. My wife uses it quite a bit and she loves it as well. She has even used it with my 11 month old son strapped on her in his carrier. It has made weeding a breeze and I used it right before we planted the garden to break up the soil a bit. I couldn't be happier, thanks stihl!

    Love it!
This lil bugger is perfect for flower beds, raised beds, or garden boxes. I was able to cultivate a 20' x 7' bed in about 10 minutes. The soil looked great and it absolutely demolished some small, unwanted roots in the soil. My flower bed looks great and it's ready for planting. It would've taken me at least an hour with hand tools. Instead, I was inside sipping iced tea after ten minutes of work and didn't even break a sweat. Awesome!

the yard boss is the boss
this tool is high quality but if your going to do a lot of tilling the two handles on the other one would be much easier to control. i have a similar mini till with 2 handles and it is much less stress on the back . but i use this too and have a couple other tillers. but i am a landscaper so i got everything. see if you could find a dealer that would let you test it.

    Awesome
Bought to trim neglected bushes. What I thought would take hours really only took minutes. It trimmed like butter! Very sturdy built which is what I have come to expect from stihl.

No more ladders, less risk of falling
With this shaft extension, I don't have to climb on my tall 8 foot ladder anymore and risk injury from falling. I can keep balance and mobility with both my feet on the ground while reaching the higher hard-to-get-to spots. I use this with the HL-KM 135 adjustable hedge trimmer along with the KM 90 R powerhead and it works great! I must admit, it can get a little heavy after awhile, but that is what rest breaks are for. I compared the more expensive carbon fiber shaft extension to this one, ... read more there is not that much difference in the weight when you operating it with HL-KM 135 (they both get pretty heavy after holding it awhile). At least not enough to justify spending twice the amount on the lighter version.

    Must have with saw attachment
I purchased a km 130 last year with trimmer head blower and pole saw attachment I have been very pleased with all of it thanks stihl for excellent quality and power. Recently I was needing to cut some limbs that were a little out of my reach so I ran to the local hardware store and looked at extensions they have two options this extension and a light weight version at nearly double the price. I went weigh the less expense because to me the couple pounds less weight wasn't with the money. This ... read more extension and the saw are two feet shorter than stills extendable pole saw but is much cheaper and can be taken off and the kombi unit used for many other projects if anyone needs to know the adjustable saw is 13ft overall length and the km 130 with extension and saw is 11ft but for the versatility and mint savings I think I can dig out my step stool if I need two more feet
