Great residential multi-tasking tool with a strong motor.
Worth every penny, well worth every dollar. Strong motor with more power than any other residential product on the market. A great investment, purchased the head and trimmer first and the curved edger second. Invest in the quick change trimmer head over the standard. The curved edger has plenty of power and it easy to use. Use premium non-ethenal gas and Stihl 2 cycle oil and your motor will run great. Change the air and fuel filter yearly too. The power and dependability of Stihl makes their ... read more products worth every penny, well dollar. GS in Germantown, TN.

What I expected from STIHL. Quality, Dependability, Durability.
I have had STIHL products for years. From Chain Saws to Trimmers. I moved and sold my yard tools. All of them. I moved south and figured I would move in a community that supplied all the work done. I did not move into that type of community. So I had to purchase new equipment . STIHL was my first thought. I had STIHL products for many many years and never had any issues with them. I purchased a Kombi system. Very easy to use and you can hang the attachments up in a small area. I purchased the ... read more Trimmer, Blower , and Edger. I love this system. I have had it for 3 1/2 years now.

    comfortable, reliable, easy to start
I think they are very reliable. For those of you with burnt pistons , you need to buy the pre-mixed gas. Mine is going on 5 years old and my mother has an earlier model that is still kicking. If you think its under powered buy a bigger model. I have 3 saws, this trimmer / pole saw, a br 600 back pack blower and the sh 56 shredder vac. I have had no problems. I have two different backpack blowers that only made it one season. They were not a STIHL product.

    Exceeded my expectations!
I am new to the Stihl line of products. This is only my second purchase. So far I have not been disappointed. Having purchased this cultivator midway through a project, I had a direct comparison between this one and another brand. I will never go back! Very easy to use. Very powerful. Did the job in half the time!

    Trail building workhorse
The MM55 and Pick Tines have been great for building trails, whether cutting bench or harvesting soil. Even in the rocky northeast it saves a lot of pick and hoe strikes. We need more time with it to see how (or if) it continues to perform. So far so good, and we are certainly putting some hard hours on it in the mountains of the Hudson Valley. We hope to try the Bolo tines soon.

    Another Stihl workhorse
Bought the Stihl KM91 Kombi engine along with the adjustable power scythe, edger, saw with extension, and bladed weed hacker. The scythe by far is the most used attachment. The adjustable angles make this a great cutting tool. Handles tall grass in hard to mow areas with ease. Hedge trimming is its strong suit but also useful at hunting camp bush hogging grass in roads and small limbs. Cuts through briar thickets with ease. Would be nice if cutting edge was a foot longer.

Clears through chest high grass and weeds
This and the power pruner were the reason to by the kombi system. I am not disappointed. This easily cleared an acre of my property that I couldn't get to with my mower and was quickly growing out of co trol. The Power Scythe cut through the brush quickly and pretty easily. It is HEAVY and I wish it was a little longer as well expensive but it did the job.

    Like cutting butter
The HL-KM 0 Straight Hedge Trimmer performed flawlessly. I was quoted an exuberant amount of money to trim my 7 over grown holly bushes, some are over 16 feet in circumference. I was able to trim them all in a few hours and thanks to Stihl and there KombiMotor system with the Straight Hedge Trimmer I saved money and improved my curb appeal drastically, thank you.

    Another great tool
I bought my first Stihl product over 6 years ago and haven't looked back. I'm on my fourth purchase with the Kombi tool and nothing has changed with quality, function or performance. I pay more today but I'll have my tools for years down the road, it's then when the value is fully realized. Go cheap and you'll spend time working on the tool, buy Stihl and you'll get your work done!

    Great power head
This 91 power head is work horse. No matter what attachment I’ve run it powers through, trimmer, edger, tiller, pole saw. 1 small slight problem, it needed a slight adjustment to stay running. The factory setting on the carb was quite lean for emission reasons I’m sure. It would start, but like to die unless you feathered the throttle a bit till it was warm. I made a small 1/8 th inch turn on the L needle and haven’t had an issue since. I’ve used it almost everyday since I’ve bought it 3 weeks ago.

    Awesome machine
I have only used the straight shaft weed eater head so far but it has not let me down. I used it in two foot tall grass with .095 quiet line and it knocked it right down without a grunt. I tried it in some goldenrod about 18 inches tall and it mowed it right down but the .095 line didn't last long. I put some .105 square line in and tried that and what a difference, it even cut some small new growth on bushes and up to about 3/8in pricker bushes. I have probably only put three hours on this ... read more machine but I can say I'm very impressed so far. Well worth the money!

    MUCH better than spike tines
Bolo tines do a much better job of tilling soil and cutting roots than the standard spike tines. also works good for mixing in compost and blending soils.

    Small Light duty tool
I ve used this tool in my wifes rose garden. I found it to be easy to control and has very good digging depth. When I purchised my Yard boss I also bought the Wheel Attachment, Makes tilling with the BOLO Tine Cultivator alot Safer and very easy to control. As with all of the Attachments very simple to maintain and easy to clean. Really cuts up the dirt clods and mixes the soil well. Saves alot of time and easy on the back!
