ISO 9001/14001 Management System Scope and Policy

The scope of STIHL Incorporated’s Management System covers all operations at:

  • Main Campus (all buildings)
  • 601 Central Drive
  • 2525 International Parkway
  • 825 London Bridge Road
  • 2600 International Parkway

Located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, which include:

  • Manufacture, warehousing, and sale of chainsaws, handheld outdoor power equipment, guide bars, and accessories, as well as associated components and parts;
  • Procurement of goods and services; and
  • Provision of technical and customer services.

ISO 9001/14001 Registration

STIHL Inc. has implemented and maintains registrations for ISO 9001/14001. This means that STlHL Inc. meets the rigid manufacturing quality standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Periodic audits by independent auditors ensure that the standards are being met. Meeting these standards enables STIHL Incorporated to ship sustainable and high quality products, manufactured in its Virginia Beach plant, to customers throughout the world.
