Bill joined the tech services department in 2019 as technical support. In 2020, he moved to Technical Support Specialist, providing field support for dealers in Central and parts of North Florida. Prior to joining SSE, Bill served as a STIHL Dealer technician, service manager, and store manager.

STIHL Southeast is the exclusive distributor for STIHL equipment covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Bermuda, Bahamas, and the Cayman Islands.
