How did you get involved in lumberjack sports?
Participated on the woodsmen’s team at Allegany College of Maryland.

When did you begin participating/competing in lumberjack sports and the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® Series?
I started my sophomore year in college and competed for the first time at the 2011 STIHL TIMBERSPORTS Collegiate Series Mid-Atlantic Qualifier.

How do you train for the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS Series and other lumberjack competitions?
I try to weight train five days a week and do event training 3-4 days a week.

Are you related to any current or former STIHL TIMBERSPORTS Series competitors?
No, but I do refer to Chris “The” Bradshaw as my lumberjack dad.

Best/strongest STIHL TIMBERSPORTS Series discipline?
Depending on the day, either Standing Block or Underhand.

Any advice for the collegiate competitors?
Listen to the professionals and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

What pro athlete/celebrity would you like to see try one of the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS Series disciplines?
James Harrison, Linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Name three songs on your training/working out playlist?
Break Stuff-Limp Bizkit, The Red-Chevelle, Lots of Breaking Benjamin.

Law and Order SVU

Favorite Sports Team?
Pittsburgh Steelers, The Boston Red Sox and Penn State, it’s hard to choose just one.

Proudest moment in your life so far?
Marrying my wife, Erin and the birth of our daughter, Sophia Prew
