He holds a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University, where he focused on production systems and manufacturing—an academic foundation that supports his practical, solutions-driven approach to the industry.

Paddy lives in Boston, Massachusetts, with his significant other and enjoys surfing, hiking, and camping in his free time.
