Kelly Pool

Kelly Pool is a STIHL Field Applications Specialist with Blue Mountain Equipment headquartered in McKinney, Texas. His focus is over the Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas area where he assists end-users (landscapers, municipalities, etc.) by demonstrating new products and being a liaison to STIHL dealers and Territory Managers.

As an Applications Specialist, Kelly conducts STIHL equipment demonstrations, STIHL maintenance and operation training for cities, counties and state employees, school districts, universities, and parks and recreational facilities. In this role, he promotes the proper and safe use of power tools as well as provides technical expertise and training for arborists, landscapers, and loggers

Kelly Pool began his STIHL career at a local Dallas OPE dealer in 2008 where he pursued his technical skills by joining the Blue Mountain Equipment Technical Services Department in 2010. Later, Kelly would move on to become Training Manager in 2019, overseeing all dealer trainings for Texas and Oklahoma. In 2023, Kelly established and led the Field Applications team for the region. In 2025, he transitioned into the DFW Field Applications role to engage more directly with a hands-on approach to provide direct support to dealers and end users.
