    Big blower with big performance
We are in mid-Michigan, fourteen acres, with six acres of yard, with a mix of hardwoods and pines. The Stihl B600, used in combination with a diesel power mower with bagger, has made yard cleanup efficient and possible for a retired couple to handle. The blower is also used for outbuilding cleanup, equipment drying after washing; pretty much gets used every week. I run all small engines on non ethanol fuel with Stihl HP Ultra oil. This blower starts with one pull, and has zero problems in the ... read more past year. Purchased at Superior Saw, Holt, Michigan; an excellent sales and service operation.

    A purchase without regret
I purchased my BR600 Magnum in Oct 2015. We have many oak, hickory, and maple trees. It moves the leaves quickly and efficiently, even when the leaves are wet and heavy. Acorns and hickory nuts are relocated too. A huge upgrade from my "light duty" backpack blower and much more effective than my neighbor's "professional" model 430 backpack blower. I can finish blowing my yard in about 1/2 to 2/3 the time it previously took. It is somewhat effective in moving light snow in southern TN as well! I ... read more only regret not spending the money and purchasing it sooner.

    Very powerful
Good ergonomics, very powerful. Starts very good. Can't stand small engines that are hard to start. If it does not start on the second pull its out of gas. I run only non ethanol fuel to reduce build up and for extended fuel life. I have a lot of trees. Oaks and hickory. This thing blows large piles of hickory nuts almost like leaves. Had it for a year now and it gets a real workout at my place. I replaced a smaller husqvarna with this thing when it got hard to start. It runs circles around any ... read more blower I have ever used

    Excelent for General public
Although electric seems new for STIHL I took a chance at the best brand name. So far it has been great through the fall season. I would have liked the two speed offered with the BGE71 but did not want/need the bagger nor additional expense.

    EXCELLENT
I had a craftsman leaf blower.. just threw it in the trash... was goin to take it to my cabin, but after using the stihl 61, I'm just going to go buy another one for up north. Well worth the money!

    I'm sold! Great blower!
I've never had an electric blower before, but just moved to a smaller house and no longer needed so much lawn equipment. I have a small lot and small patio and driveway/walkway. This blower has as much power as I was used to on my previous gas blower, but you plug it in and turn it on--so simple! No gas/oil mixture to fool with, and it's super light weight! I love it! I didn't rate the 'dependability' heading above because I haven't had it that long.

    Great Product
Bought this tool as an afterthought but couldn't be happier. My Stihl gas chainsaw died and needed replacement, got tired of mixing gas and oil and decided to go battery. But after buying charger and battery for chainsaw decided better off also getting blower (my plug in electric blower had also recently quit) since already had fixed cost in battery and charger. So guess which tool I use every few days? This blower is terrific, certainly quiet compared to electric and gas, and does great job ... read more clearing our long driveway and patio. Couldn't be happier with product. Chainsaw also great but not needed as much.

I am now 100% battery dependent...I'll never go back!
Talk about addicting...I started with the FSA 85 string trimmer and BGA 85 blower. I was so impressed that I next purchased the MSA 160 chain saw and finally the HSA 66 hedge trimmer. I was really craving a cordless pole trimmer, so I sent Stihl an e-mail requesting that they add it to their cordless line...and I guess they listened! I will be making another trip to my local dealer to add the HTA 85 to my Stihl cordless arsenal! Quiet, light, well balanced, powerfull
This blower is great! Even my wife uses it. It is quiet, light, and powerful. We live in a dense neighborhood, it is so nice to have tools that don't wake up the neighbors. I never have to think twice before using it. Wish the battery would last longer.

    well worth the money
I bought this blower about 2 weeks ago, I am so glad that I did. I was using another brand for the last 3 years, I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. I only have 1/2 acre but I have 100 year old oak trees surrounding my house so the leaves are ridiculous. I have burnt 4 tanks of gas out of this thing and I love it. I bought the 600 to start with and it worked great as well, I just figured for the extra 50$ and the extra cfm that I needed it would be worth it and it was.

    powerful is an understatement
i have owned a stihl br 340 for many years and it has performed flawlessly. i decided to upgrade to the br 700, this thing is a beast. i believe it would blow the vinyl siding off of the house, if you were so inclined to do so. surprisingly quiet for a machine of it's power range.it makes quick work of all the debris associated with having many pine trees on your property, and yes it is powerful enough to blow the gravel out of your driveway, if you are not careful where you point this unit. i ... read more hope to utilize this machine for as many years as i have the previous model.

    Great Blower But...
This blower is great. No doubt. It will make ridiculously fast work of dry leaves and I have easily blown out my drainage ditches full of water and wet leaves. My only gripe is the fuel tank. I have 5 acres of cleared property and had to refill 3 times to do half the property. Don't get me wrong, I had it running full throttle nearly the entire time, but the tank could definitely be a little bigger.

    top notch product
I've always heard Stihl was a good product but never really gave it much thought on buying one I was content over the years buying the cheap store brand or the home center standers ... I got tired of having to replace them with in a year or two because of their cheap quality ..I got my first stihl and could not be happier starts first pull each and every time and the power is bar none the best ,,, I should have bought this product years ago instead of wasting money on all the other ones...

    GREAT PRODUCT!
This is the best blower I have ever owned! Starts on the first pull every time and has tons of power. Also I love how light it is

    Excellent leaf blower!
I bought this on a recommendation from the local Stihl dealer- Green Thumb. This blower starts easily, is comfortable to hold, and has more power than I really need. What I needed was a blower to clean off a large concrete area and long walkway that gets a lot of debris on it from trees. This blower "blew" through it in minutes. This is a solid unit made from quality materials and I really like the "Made in America" idea as well. The dealer gassed it up and tested it for me before I left.

    BR 350 Excellent Choice
For years I have only used bargain brand hand held blowers around my yard which usually gave me just a few years of service. I finally decided to spend a little extra and get me a backpack blower that would last. When making this decision I did a lot of research and kept coming back to the Stihl brand. After looking over the various models and options I came to the decision that the BR350 would be perfect for my needs. When I purchased this blower I felt like a kid on Christmas and couldn't wait ... read more to get home and try it out. Don't let the size fool you, this back pack blower has so much power and is perfect for around the house or whatever job you tackle. I haven't found anything in my yard it won't blow. Works excellent on leaves, pine straw and other debris. Thanks Stihl for manufacturing great dependable products.

    Great Blower
This blower has great power to blow away almost anything on your lawn. It has the power that you have to pay a lot more at other manufacturers. The blower is comfortable to wear with it's great padding for your back. lastly the blower has great features that no other manufacture has, for example the choke sets to run when you throttle up the blower and the multi-function switch that lets you set a blowing speed and turn off the blower on one switch. I highly recommend the BR 350 backpack leaf blower.

    There's a reason....
There's a reason why Stihl products cost little more. It's because you get what you pay for. This blower falls into that category. From looks and design to performance, I'm glad a paid a few dollars more for a Stihl. The blower is powerful enough for the average homeowner and has a low db rating so it's not that loud. From the minute I brought this home, I had a blast (no pun intended) cleaning up all of the leaves....from heavy and wet Maple leaves to lighter and smaller Japanese maple this ... read more blower makes easy work of cleaning up.
