Rated 5 out of 5 by Never imagined a trimmer / brush cutter could operate this well I have owned three gas powered trimmers / brush cutters over the years. Yes, the FS90 is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. This thing is a brute, plenty of power and solid, you can just feel that it is built to withstand consistent rugged use. If I had only known, I would have never wasted my money on those inferior units October 5, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for mowing larger area. Too large for tight landscape spots The harness is too short for tall users. Creates a situation where you must contort your body. Power is great for clearing area with heavy weed growth. The .95 line last a long time compared to the .8 line in my previous Stihl trimmer. This saves time where I trim for 1.5 hours only 1 refill needed vs2-3 on previous unit. September 29, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Top notch brush cutter! This brush cutter/weed trimmer is so easy to use and switch from one application to the other. It has excellent power and fuel consumption. August 31, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Power, easy to start and very efficient Bought this upgrade to cut a slope in my yard that is too steep to mow -down to a lake. What used to take me 90 mins with a 4cc trimmer now takes less than 30 mins.It is lightweight yet strong and powerful with the caveat that it doesn't wear me out to use the trimmer.Only negative is putting in new string is not aas simple and straight forward as I would like,The dealer showed me all the features and I got a hands on how to use the trimmer -even suggested I buy a 2nd head with string already in the head to save time and trouble - but I should have learned how to restring the empty spool August 30, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Motor casing cracked and fell off I've used another one of these exact models before, and it was great. However after just 10 minutes of use the first time out with the new one, the casings around the connection to the shaft melted and cracked. The motor literally fell off the back. I took it back to the deal. They fixed in in about 3 days, but i was disspointed they did not swap this for another unit. I have much less trust in this one after just an quick failure.
