FS 360 C-E
FS 360 C-E is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 years: no issues single pull start acres and acres cleared and very little vibration. Thumbs UP! First question I always ask. Can I justify the cost? I had allot to do and I was teetering on just hiring out. Doing the math now it has paid for it self 10 time plus. No trimmer/brush cutter has lasted past 2 years. The competition's either break, or wear out to soon. Nothing is more frustrating than having to pull and pull and pull a well maintained machine and it just will not start. The FS360 always starts with the first pull. My hands are sensitive to prolong vibrations. I can and have run the FS360 all day with the total absence of tingling in my hands. Power is solid waning only when tackling brush not recommended in the manual. The AutoCutting trim line head also works well. Keep it maintained and it keep it for years. Thumbs Up! Definitely worth the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as powerful as hoped. Stihl is a great brand. We should have gotten a size larger.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from E X C E L L E N T ! I couldn't be happier with the performance! Great tool. Love the 3-blade cutter for old tangled grass, saplings, hard weeds and reeds - all of it doesn't stand a chance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this product might be a little more expensive but you won't regret your purchase. just some FYI for you guys wanting to purchase a Stihl product. I own a Stihl weed eater that I purchased at least 27 years ago, mine is a Stihl FS 76. the weed eater has the original blade that came with it, I've had to replace the string head 9 or 10 times. I have spent very little as far as maintenance, priming bulbs and other minor things like a couple of tune-ups. I am still using it to weed eat around my house which is now in the city, I originally bought it to use on my 9-1/2 mini farm and believe me I have used it showing it no mercy. I guarantee I can pick it upright now and pull the cord no more then 4 times to start it. so I guess what i'm trying to tell you fella's is don't hesitate buying a Stihl product, you won't be sorry. Stihl is by far the best hands down. OMT, I told my wife I needed an edger for my sidewalks and she said she would go to Lowe's and get me one for my birthday, I told her if she didn't buy me a Stihl edger don't bother buying me one, she made me proud when she brought me a brand new Stihl FC56C edger home, and as expected it has the same great quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I would recommend this product Good overall machine seems well built and balanced easy to start seems that the guard is a little bit big and tends to dig in the ground at certain angles also I found the autocut head didn't cut low enough so I changed the head to a supercut 40-2. Much better I'm new to stihl but this machine is ok very low vibration witch is a must for every day use and it's a proper 2 stroke

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best trimmer/brush cutter I've ever owned I use the FS-360 with the blade attachment for clearing fence rows and clearing briars from around tree trunks. I then switch to the line attachment for trimming around the house. The FS-360 is by far the best power tool that I've owned. Others warned me about the weight and vibration of this tool but the harness and built in vibration dampening system take care of this. I have on several occasions operated this tool all day (8-10hours) with little fatigue. I highly recommend it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very poor product One of the most disappointing products of any kind that I have purchased. I returned it to the dealer where I purchased it five different times within the first three months and they were unable to keep it running. It would not start with less than fifty pulls and would not start after filling the gas again. I always used Stihl two cycle oil and fresh 93 octane gas. Dealer was very unsupportive, stating, "Looks like you got a lemon" charging me each time and finally telling me to take the brushcutter elsewhere. After 3 months and less than 8 hours of work, it went into the trash. My first and last Stihl... never again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product needs several problems fixed. Let me first off say our maintenance division has around 300 pieces of Stihl equipment that we use on a regular bases, from chain saws, pole saws, hedge clippers, edgers, weed eaters and blowers. We have generally been happy in the past with Stihl's performance. This year we have purchased around 35 of the new style FS 360 weedeaters and have had nothing but trouble from these new units. I feel Stihl needs to work the bugs out of this unit. We run our units around 8 hours a day in some pretty harsh environments and have always had the older Stihl units hold up to this type of use. The new units within the first week will have the shaft come free from the head because of a poor designed locking collar. The unit requires constant tightening of screws and bolts that hold it together or it will fall apart in your hands. I would recommend to everyone, stay away from this one until they correct these issues.
