    Great for home owner
I switched from mixed fuel to motomix this spring for my kombi trimmer and power sweep, I used only 3 cans from march 2015 to October 2015 so it was not that expensive for me to operate my equipment this season. I think it has excellent value for the home owner. For heavy use it might cost to much. Also I run this in my 20 year old homelite super 2 chainsaw and the performance over mixed fuel was very noticeable. It starts easier and much more power. Ill continue to use this product.

    Pricey but...
Yep, this stuff costs 4-5 times what unleaded and the add-in oil costs, and like the other guy said, if you're using your saw/trimmer/hedge cutter, etc regularly, it may not be of as much value to you, Buuuut, when you throw in the cost of taking your tool to the Sthil dealer in the Spring 'cause you have a gummed up whatchama-franzit, it nmitigates that issue a lot.

    Great product, but expensive
Stihl was really smart coming out with this Moto mix. I wrecked a FS46 because of bad gas. Stihl Moto mix is basically all I run in my MS250 and my new FS50c. I have noticed more power and better fuel economy when I use Moto mix. My only complaint is this stuff is too expensive, but in the long run it might be worth it. Like I said I wrecked a FS46 with ethanol gas. One key thing I have noticed about Stihl products is read the Manuel and shop around not all dealers are the same. I do recommend ... read more Moto mix I can see the difference in my tools performance.

    Consistent Viscosity and Environmentally Friendly
I appreciate this Bar Oil and know that I'm not getting misted with petroleum products every time I use my saw and that my saw dust can break down into mulch with no poison on my plants! I can see that old saw dust is breaking down into rich soil over time and this bar oil does not inhibit the biological process at all. Compared to other bar oils BioPlus lubricates better, stays consistent in it's viscosity through every temperature I've worked in and has very little smell. It's truly a winner ... read more of a product! I have used it for years and will continue to buy it. I do not worry about my land and the plants on it when I spread sawdust around. I know nature will take care of it. As far as My Own biology is concerned, if I avoid poisons today, it prevents health problems tomorrow. I'm willing to keep taking this step towards healthier chainsawing.

    Safer to use.
BioPlus is a better smelling oil. Kind of smells like french fries when you really put 'er to work!

    Good product, but pricey
I like this oil for it's health and environmental benefits. It also has very good cold flow characteristics. The regular oil flows very slowly and is hard to poor in winter conditions. This oil flows well and is easy to pour. I haven't seen any difference in wear on bar or chains through 2 gallons of use.

    Another winner!
I own all Stihl yard tools. I love each and every one, but I,m also glad to save money when I can. I own 2 saws and I now use Woodcutters oil in both. It works great and I appreciate the savings.

    Only Bar Oil I Use
I have been using this bar oil in all my saws. I do not see any premature wear on my bar or chain.

    Awesome "cling-ability"
This bar oil is a cut above the rest. Works well in all temperatures. Does a great job in hardwoods where other oils fall short.

Excellent Product...you get what you pay for...
Sure. There are less expensive products out there. But the reason we all bought Stihl equipment is because it's simply the best! Right? So, uhhhh...why would anybody want to cheap things out with cheaper lubricants? I just don't get this! I've put a lot of bar & chain oil thru my saws over the years, never a problem. My chains don't get all stretchy, don't require a heck of a lot of adjustment. This is good stuff. Don't save a couple of bucks by using something designed for an inferior piece ... read more of equipment! Just sayin'!

    Great bar and chain oil
Have been using this bar and chain oil for years and I love it. The only thing I would like to see is a red dye in it so you can see it better.

According to the pros, this is the best
I was at the pro chainsaw place and got to talking about bar oil. He said that Stihl is changing bar oil types. The winter blend is still in the blue bottle. But now there are two summer grades. The lower priced bottle now contains a cheaper “woodcutter” lube which the chainsaw guy says is inferior to anything else on the market. He said that it is worse than the independent oil, which is only slightly inferior to Stihl. I do volunteer cutting for the County and would rather buy the better Stihl ... read more bar oil than accept free gallons of the Woodcutter bar oil. In the wintertime I transition to the winter grade of Stihl that is in the blue bottle.

    Great Mixing Oil
I have been using this oil in my Stihl products since 1999. I have two chainsaws, two weedeaters, and a blower. Everything starts after sitting for a while. I don't use the saws but once or twice a year and don't drain the fuel and never have any issues. The first saw purchased in 99 still has never even had a carb rebuild. Keep in mind this oil has a fuel stabilizer in it when comparing prices.

    Makes Easy-Starting Fuel Mixture
Been using this in a 40-year old Homelite chain saw. It's conventional oil, so it gets a little smoky, but I'm sticking with it. Big Bertha generally burps on the 4th or 5th pull even after it has been sitting for a loooooong time.

The best and only one to use.
My family has been using Stihl for years. 50 plus years. From chain saws to weed eaters and blowers. Been used on the from and job sites. Always starts. But I only of used Stihl oil's in them. Other brands have let me done several times. Plus other Brand's may cost less but you get what you pay for. I have 4 saw's one I know is very old. But one pull and it always started. The secret to all this is to use only Stihl oil's and that will last you for years to come. Personal or prefsanal.

    Best Gas Can
These cans seal tight and prevent moisture laden air from contaminating the ethanol in the fuel. I have had fuel with stabilizer added stay good for 8 months with no degradation. They are very easy to operate and they do not leak. I own 8-10 myself.

This product does what it is supposed to do.
This is the first gas can I have ever used that is truly a no spill can. I have three of these and they work. You can tilt the can so the spout is vertical and it will not spill. Open it up and it flows freely. Release it and the flow immediately stops. Great product. Well worth the extra cost for these cans.

Best gas can for smaller equipment
Have used one of these for 2-3 years and I love it. Been using it for my chains saws, string trimmer, and pole saw and not over filled once, this is the only no spill type of container I've used and liked. A must have for anyone who has to refuel a lot.
