Richard has been at STIHL Inc. for almost 40 years. His current job is to oversee the full lineup of STIHL shafted powerheads, including professional and homeowner trimmers and the STIHL KombiSystem line of multi-tasking powerheads.
As a Pre-Shafter, Tony assembles the different accessories on the trimmer shaft, including loop handles and gear head deflectors. Tony is a proud STIHL worker. He says having pride is essential to making a difference.
As a Final Inspector, Heather Slinker picks up every STIHL trimmer that comes down the line. Nothing gets by without her approval. She ensures everything is installed properly, then starts and tests each product manually before it leaves the facility.
John Wicker is a Piston Lead at the STIHL manufacturing facility in Virginia Beach. A former machinist for NASA, John has spent his entire career building quality products people depend upon. As a team leader at STIHL, he uses this expertise to build strong, reliable tools.
Evens Mompremier started out as a packer on the line over 19 years ago. Then, he advanced to the position of material handler, then specialist. He currently works as the Lead Person in Packing. “Mo” also gives tours of the Virginia Beach facility to Dealers and other guests.
Eddie Anderson serves as a technical training supervisor for STIHL. Based in Virginia Beach, VA, his job is to prepare and deliver training materials for technicians who work at STIHL Dealerships nationwide.
When customers speak, Jake Brandspigel listens. If issues arise in the field, Jake works with both customers and STIHL engineers to find a resolution. After nearly 10 years, Jake still looks forward to going to work each day.
Ludmilla Grace has been a Procurement Planner at STIHL for over five years. Her job is to ensure parts arrive at the Virginia Beach manufacturing facility on time, so the production process runs as smoothly as our equipment.
As a Procurement Planner at STIHL, Kathrin Stahlschmidt works with representatives from multiple departments, including warehouse receiving clerks, quality inspectors, production leads and many more.
