VIRGININA BEACH, VA—STIHL spokesperson and personality, Joe Thomas, a professional bass angler and television series host, was recently in Virginia Beach to film for upcoming episodes of his show, “STIHL’s Reel in the Outdoors,” which airs on The Outdoor Channel.
While in town, Thomas toured and filmed in the STIHL plant, met with STIHL employees and fished in local waters. Thomas and his film crew were in town on their way to film at Kerr Reservoir in Henderson, Va.
Thomas teamed with STIHL to produce the show, which is all about America’s love affair with fishing. This prime time show features some of the top anglers in the country on their favorite body of water, and also everyday anglers who are passionate about not only fishing, but their own unique style. From farm ponds and streams, to resorts and reservoirs around the country, "STIHL’s Reel in the Outdoors" finds and shares what makes fishing so much fun.
