HOW TO JOIN:
There are two (2) ways to enter.
(a) SMS Text Entry: Text the code word, JOIN to the SMS short code STIHL (78445). Your cellular phone carrier may apply message and data rates (based on your plan) each time you send a text message to STIHL (78445). STIHL does not charge you to be a member of its Mobile Community. Text message entry is designed to work with most major wireless carriers, but STIHL makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate.
Upon receipt of entry by STIHL via text message, community member will receive a reply text message confirming participation in the STIHL Mobile Community.
(b) Electronic Entry: You may join the STIHL Mobile
Community by completing and submitting your carrier
information and mobile phone number via the following
WAP site page:

The mobile operators participating in this program are AT&T Mobility, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, Virgin Mobile, US Cellular and Cincinnati Bell.
If your mobile operator is not participating, you will not receive a reply to your messages. Some operators may not support some services at the prices offered. Pre-paid users may not be able to participate. Check with your mobile operator.
NOTE: Message and data rates rates may apply. Upon subscribing to STIHL's Mobile Community, in addition to the confirmation text message, you will receive up to five (5) messages per month from STIHL. Your cellular phone carrier may apply message and data rates for text messages sent and received. To stop a service at any time, reply STOP. Simply send a text with the code word HELP to STIHL (78445) and you will automatically receive HELP instructions. Any messages you send in text messages become our property.
