JANE SOMERVILLE

Jane Somerville is a big-mountain extreme skier. Whether she is digging deep into powder or launching herself off a 30-foot cliff, Jane is going much bigger than many of the other women in the sport.

The professional freeskier and model has been competing on the International Freeskiing Circuit for the last four seasons, was featured recently in Powder Magazine, and is the reigning Colorado Freeride Champion. She can now add Team STIHL member to her impressive resume, as she has the manufacturer of the world's largest selling brand of chain saws as her sponsor.

“Jane Saw” lives in Snowmass Village, CO, with her husband Adam, and her dog, a husky named Beau.

I am home to rest this week and then I begin prep and travel to Kirkwood for the next stop on the world tour.  I am truly living my skiing dream!  It has always been a goal of mine to really break into the comp world and it is happening. Most importantly I want to thank all of you for your continued support.
