Wisconsin Arborist Association Annual Conference
Green Bay, Wis.
February finds me traveling again. This time I am off to
snowy Green Bay, Wis.
for the Wisconsin Arborist Association Annual
Conference. This event starts out with big fun as the
group gets together by the hundreds each year to kick
off the conference with one of the best Super Bowl
parties Ive ever been to. If the home team isnt on the
losing end, it helps with the attendance the next few
days.
This
group is very impressive. They are welcoming and
professional and work hard to support the event each
year. Speaking to an enthusiastic audience is inspiring
for me, as well.
Todd
Kramer of Chicago, Ill. and I teamed up to deliver two
talksone on advanced climbing techniques and one on
crane use in tree removal activities. Each talk was
packed full and the interactions between the group left
me with a positive feeling to take home.
Just
like many of my trips, I was surrounded with great
friends that do what I do and are passionate about it.
It really helps make the time away from home feel well
spent!
Special thanks to Midwest STIHL and Kathy Heinkel for
the wonderful support, again. My relationship with
Midwest STIHL seems a good fit.
